Embellished Fishtail Maxi Dress in Gold

This dress is lovely. I got it for a summer wedding. The beads are sewn on (actual beads, they're not glitter) and do not fall off so you won't be leaving a trail of glitter behind you. The dress looks gorgeous in both dim lighting and out in the bright sunlight. For reference I am 169 cm tall, 54 kg, and got a size UK 6 (I have one other dress from oh polly from a few years ago in the same size so this was my go-to), it fits me perfectly - snug and not falling off my shoulders, snatching my waist but also not creating any unnecessary ruching/bumps from being too tight. I usually wear EU 34 in stretchy dresses from other stores, EU 36 for non stretchy ones. This dress does have stretch to it which makes it comfortable but I personally would not size down as it would be too small on my hip area.

The only downside is it was a bit too long on me but that was an easy fix for my seamstress. Overall, if you love gold like I do, this is the perfect gold dress.
