the heart of the brand
At Oh Polly, we believe in fashion with purpose. Giving back is at the heart of our brand, and a portion of our profits is donated to The Brannerson Foundation, a charity based in Cambodia. Founded by our Managing Director, Mike Branney and CEO, Claire Henderson.
With a total of over £500,000 donate since the foundation's inception, we've been able to suuport more than 400 children and families in the Siem Reap region.
Every purchase helps us create a lasting impact, empowering communities in need. As our brand grows, thanks to the incredible support of our community, so does our ability to give back, ensuring The Brannerson Foundation can continue its life-changing work.
our factories
We take full responsibility for how our clothes our made, from design to manufacture. Our collections are carefully curated by our expert design and buying teams, with every product designed in-house at our London studio.
Our founders established and oversee our two main factories, allowing us to uphold ethical working conditions, fair wages and high production standards. When it comes to external suppliers, we intentionally select partners who align with our values, ensuring worker welfare and quality control at every stage.

At our in-house factories, we provide free healthcare with doctor and nurse visits, paid time off for sickness and interest-free wage advances to support our team in times of need. Our life pension offers security for families who have lost a loved one, and our 2% annual profit share ensures that success if shared with our in-house factories. Every step we take is to empower and uplift those who make our business possible, creating a stronger, more responsible future together.
