OUR PLANET

Committed To Reducing Our Operational Emissions And Footprint

We are dedicated to creating high-quality products that cater to the needs of our customers, while remaining rooted in our responsibility to continuously reduce our environmental footprint.

Our Packaging

We've evolved our packaging with lower-impact materials designed to be reused or recycled.
Our signature pink mailing bags are made with 50% recycled materials and our FSC-certified boxes are recyclable.

Our Footprint & Impact

Transparency is at the core of our journey. We utilise The Textiles Pact Footprint Tool to monitor the carbon and water impact of every new collection in real-time, supported by annual Scope 1, 2 and 3 third-party partner calculations. For FY24, we achieved a 5% absolute reduction in our total emissions from the previous year reaching a total of 46,336 tCO2e.

Our Fabrics

We prioritise high-quality materials selected with durability and longevity in mind, including certified fibres such as GRS and RCS recycled polyester and TENCEL™ Modal, which is derived from controlled or certified wood sources. These material choices support our aim to create garments that can be worn and enjoyed for longer.

Smarter Energy

We are transforming how we power our operations. At our Bromborough site, we’ve installed a cutting-edge Combined Heat & Power (CHP) unit to significantly increase energy efficiency across our warehouse and office. To further reduce our reliance on the grid, we have integrated solar panels.

Recycling & Waste

We consistently divert 99% of our UK waste from landfill in partnership with carbon-neutral company B&M waste management, recycling 79% and turning 21% into energy recovery.

Low Impact Delivery

We offer lower-impact options like carbon-neutral DPD, InPost lockers and Click & Collection.
