It’s framed with a bandeau neckline, secured with internal silicone tape, and comes complete with a coordinating scarf that can be styled to create multiple looks.

I opened this dress out of the packaging and I’ll be honest with you I think it looked cheap and tacky but once I tried it on it actually looked amazing and was really flattering
