The Vana Fringed Mini Dress in Aqua is genuinely lovely. The colour and the fringing look even better in person than in the photos.
Sizing is the one thing to watch. We ordered a UK 6 first, which was too big, then a 4, which still did not sit right. If you are between sizes, choose carefully.
What I really want to highlight is the customer service, because it was excellent. My case was complicated: a first return that had been settled with a gift card, a second order paid partly with that gift card, and a refund that needed to go back to the original payment method rather than onto another voucher. Two people looked after it, Bailey and Eva. Both replied quickly, actually read what I had written, and answered my specific questions instead of sending templates. Eva sorted out the payment route and confirmed every detail in writing before I sent the parcel back, and the refund, including the delivery charge, was processed the same day the parcel was scanned.
That kind of communication is rare.
