I bought this as an evening dress. It actually can also serve as a day/work dress with the right wrap or cardigan. The material is light and stretchy (but not too stretchy!). The length is about mid-thigh for my 5’4” frame.
I’m usually a size 4, but for Oh Polly dresses I am a size 2.
