I bought this, as a 55 year old woman, because I still am sassy and feel beautiful. I love dressing up and being "me". I found Oh Polly last year and hadn't tried the purchase until I learned enough. Well, as luck would have it, I went to a Ball in December and there was a woman in a gorgeous dress and when asked, she told me it was Oh Polly. Yes, I asked if I could feel the fabric and could she give me honest feedback as to how to go about the company with sizing. Her feedback and the construction of that dress had me ordering next day. I will say, REMEMBER TO CHECK THE SIZING IS IN US, NOT UK before you order. I learned this first time out. I returned and got a full credit...which I used towards this dress and 2 others. I CANNOT say enough about this dress! BUY IT!! My husband planned an entire date nigh for us around this dress because he was that impressed by how it fit! I am a 36 (DD), 29 W, and 40 H woman standing 5'3 and weighing 135 lbs. the LARGE fit great! I lift weights, so I have broad shoulders and this actually held my entire self perfectly. I feel stunning in this! It is the perfect mix of sexy and sophisticated! Honestly, GET THE DRESS. (and, no undergarments will work with this one. )
