STANDARD RETURNS TIMEFRAMES:

Online orders can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange, extended to 45 days for store credit.

In-store purchases can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or store credit and cannot receive a refund.

Any purchases at a pop up or sample sale are final and returns are not accepted.

Festive return timeframes:

To make gifting easier over the festive period, we've extended our returns policy. This is applicable to orders placed between  November 20 - December 26, 2025. Please see the extended returns timeframes below:

Online orders can be returned for a refund or exchange until January 21, 2026 and for store credit until January 31 2026.

In-store purchases between November 20 – December 26, 2025 can be returned for an exchange until January 21, 2026 and for store credit until January 31, 2026.

From December 27, 2025 our standard returns policy applies.

Please note, sale items are returnable for store credit or exchange only. This applies to both our standard & festive returns policy.
