STANDARD RETURNS TIMEFRAMES:

• Online orders placed on or before February 27th 2026 must be returned back to us within 30 days for a refund, extended to 45 days for store credit. This is from the date your order is placed.
• Online orders placed after February 27th 2026 must be returned back to us within 14 days for a refund, extended to 30 days for store credit. This is from the date your order is delivered.

In-store purchases can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or store credit and cannot receive a refund.

Please note, sale items are returnable for store credit only.

Any purchases at a pop up or sample sale are final and returns are not accepted.
